How to Utilize Survey Scheduling for Qeryz

Let’s face it – You’re busy.

How do I know? Because I’m looking at your calendar.

Just kidding :)

The thing is, 99% of the people who use Qeryz have better things to do than login, check their responses and create new surveys everyday.

Most people create surveys just once and then leave it running. You could almost say that Qeryz is a ‘set and forget’ kind of tool.

So we created a way for you to utilize Qeryz so that you can ‘set it and forget it‘ in the most productive way.

Set a Goal and Work Backwards

Before you start a Qeryz survey campaign, you have to first point out what your goal is.

For example:

I have a goal of knowing what makes people sign up for Qeryz – and I want to know what the activities are that qualify the people who are further along the funnel of becoming a paid user.

As all meaningful goals, I happen to have a time limit on making this goal happen. Let’s say that goal is 30 days.

So in 30 days time, I need to find out what makes people sign up for Qeryz.

First thing I do is I check my analytics:

Which pages in my site push people to sign up? With Qeryz, the pricing page stands out the most.

Pages Before Subscribing

Which pages in my site are the most visited? Apparently, it’s also the pricing page.

Important Pages in Qeryz

Next thing is I find out how much time they spend on those pages. Based on Inspectlet’s screen analytics, I find that users really read the page and go through to the next step based on their opinion of the pricing model and features available.

Check out how the pricing page has been able to help users sign up here, here and here.

With this data, I start to run an exit-intent-triggered survey campaign on our pricing page with the question:

What is preventing you from Trying Qeryz
Simple but very straightforward.

I set it to run for 30 days:

First survey Scheduled
I set the first survey to run for the whole of January

After that, I created another survey with another goal in mind – knowing what users think of our pricing model. So I proceed to create another survey scheduled to start when the currently running survey ends.

Second survey scheduled
I set this second survey to automatically activate the moment February kicks in

This way, when my first survey has finished running, a second survey will automatically take its place. This saves me a lot of time, hassle and worry.

Try it out – login your Qeryz account and schedule a series of surveys with various goals.

PS: The Survey Scheduling Feature is available for Starter, Pro and Agency accounts only .
