Google Analytics Integration

Qeryz now enables you to see what’s happening over at Google Analytics.

  1. You have to have your Google Analytics tracking code installed in your site. If you don’t, this won’t work. In fact, just don’t use this feature at all. Check out how to install your Google Analytics tracking code here.

5. Aaaaand you’re all set! You should be able to see Qeryz data passed on to your Google Analytics events section.

Here’s how to see if it works:

  1. Go to your Google Analytics dashboard

Google analytics

2. Click on “Behavior” on the left menu Click Behavior on GA

3. Click on “Events” from the Behavior tab

Click events on GA

4. Click on “Overview”

Click Overview on GA

From there, you’ll be able to see the Event Category “Qeryz Survey” which is the collective of the events triggered on your Qeryz survey.

If you click on the “Event Action” tab, you’ll see the events people made on your survey. Basically it boils down to three things: They viewed your survey, they minimized your survey or they maximized your survey. The survey ID is attached so you’ll know which survey the event triggered on.

The “Event Label” tab tells you on what pages in your siteĀ  your Qeryz survey showed. Event Label

That’s it! This is really to just give you an idea on how well your survey is performing in light of your overall Google Analytics data.

Try it out!

    1. Hi Dominic – noted. We’ll look into that and change it if it makes sense for the rest of the users. Thanks for the awesome suggestion!
